To maintain a safe, respectful, and disciplined learning environment, all students of R.L. Convent School are expected to follow the rules and regulations listed below. These guidelines are designed to build responsible behavior and uphold the values of our institution.
π« General Conduct
Students must attend school regularly and be punctual.
Discipline, good manners, and respectful behavior are expected at all times.
Students must speak only in English on school premises.
Chewing gum, spitting, or using abusive language is strictly prohibited.
π Academic Responsibilities
Students must complete all classwork, homework, and assignments on time.
Repeated failure to perform academically may lead to remedial actions or parental involvement.
Malpractice during tests or exams will result in strict disciplinary action.
π Attendance & Punctuality
A minimum of 75% attendance is compulsory to appear for final examinations.
Leave of absence must be informed in writing with a valid reason.
Latecomers will be marked and may face disciplinary warnings.
π Uniform Code
Students must wear the prescribed school uniform neatly and with pride.
Identity cards must be worn daily.
Uniform must be clean and well-ironed; improper dress code will lead to disciplinary action.
π± Use of Electronic Devices
Mobile phones, smartwatches, and other electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited in school.
If found, the device will be confiscated and returned only to parents.
π Transport Rules
Students using school transport must maintain discipline in the bus.
Misbehavior or damage to school vehicles may lead to cancellation of transport facility.
π Code of Conduct for Competitions
Fair play, teamwork, and sportsmanship must be observed during all school competitions.
Misconduct or disrespect to judges or peers will lead to disqualification.

Parents are encouraged to attend PTMs regularly.
Any change in contact information must be updated with the school office immediately.
Parents should not enter classrooms during school hours without prior permission.
β³οΈ Violation of any of the above rules may lead to warning, suspension, or expulsion depending on the severity of the case, at the sole discretion of the school management.
